- To implement and develop the quality management system prepared accordingly, by complying with the Integrated Management System and TS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard conditions in all its activities as a certification and A-Type Inspection Organization in line with its mission, vision and values,
- By meeting the requirements of TS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard and Type A Inspection Body in our work; To provide inspection and certification services by adhering to the principles of impartiality, independence, honesty, confidentiality and reliability within the framework of legal conditions,
- To meet the needs and expectations of the relevant parties with expert, qualified and reliable personnel by complying with the relevant legal legislation and regulations,
- To prevent all personnel from being subjected to any commercial, financial and other pressures that would jeopardize their impartiality and to prevent the decisions of personnel involved in inspection activities from being affected,
- Not to have commercial, financial or interest relationships with our customers that would affect our impartiality and independence,
- To ensure that efficiency is increased by evaluating the risks of all processes and ensuring continuous development and improvement with a risk-based thinking approach,
- To ensure that the examination results are evaluated in their plain form, away from all kinds of internal and external pressures, supported by objective evidence and without serving any self-interest,
- Based on traceable and continuous improvement to achieve the targets determined in accordance with TS EN ISO / IEC 17020:2012 and integrated management standards and to ensure their protection and sustainability in the future,
- To take care of the occupational health and safety of employees and third parties in providing the service and to reduce the risks that may arise in terms of occupational health and safety,
- To provide the necessary resources and a safe working environment to increase the technical and behavioral competencies of the personnel,
- To carry out all necessary activities to ensure that our Quality Policy is adopted and implemented by all our employees, focusing on meeting the expectations of all stakeholders in achieving quality service.
