EU/167/2013 applies to tractors of categories T and C, trailers of category R and interchangeable towed equipment of category S.
For category R trailers and category S interchangeable trailed equipment, category C crawler tractors, categories T4.1 and T4.2 special purpose wheeled tractors, the manufacturer may apply for approval.
