In accordance with the provisions of the Highway Traffic Law No. 2918, it is necessary to ensure compliance with the structure of the roadway and traffic safety in terms of the construction and use of vehicles, and to ensure that any component or separate technical unit of a vehicle operates in a manner that will not produce electromagnetic disturbances that are difficult to withstand in its electromagnetic environment, or against any surrounding objects. The aim is to determine the provisions regarding electromagnetic compatibility (radio interference) for components or separate technical units with AT Type Approval Certificate and for vehicles with AT Vehicle Type Approval Certificate, and to specify the procedures and principles for their implementation.
